Welcome November--National Healthy Skin Month!!

Did you know that November is National Healthy Skin Month???? Well, now you do!!!

Treat Your Skin As The Weather Gets Colder

Hydrate Your Skin:

Many people find their skin to be especially dehydrated in the fall. The reason often is because our skin adjusted itself to more humidity in the air during the summer months. Now, as we spend more time indoors during the fall, temps have dropped and the air is more dry, it causes our skin can become extra dry. An easy solution us to use a hydrating moisturizer in the morning and evening.

Repair Sun Damage

Your skin received the majority of sun damage during the summer months, and after the winter we had last year, I agree, those warm rays of the sun did feel amazing, but they unfortunately did damage to our skin. Get a microdermabrasion or glycolic peel. Use products that contain Vitamin C, my favorite, Vital C Anti-Aging Serum or Vital C Repair Cream!! Vitamin C is the best thing to use on sun-damaged skin because it will create new skin and start the process of shedding some of the summer's sun-exposed skin!

Use Products W/Good Ingredients

Recommended fall skin care products are those that contain glycolic acid or hyaluronic acid. The acids cushion and hydrate the skin, which will deliver a smoother look and feel.

This November...Love Your Skin!!!
